  • EX+ "Excellent Plus" - 84-90% of the original condition. Shows moderate wear. May have slight marks on finish. Glass very clean.

  • EX "Excellent" - 80-84% of the original condition. Shows moderate wear. May have small dings, pecks and slight finish wear. Glass may have some dust, but no marks.

  • GOOD "Bargain" - 71-80% of original condition. Shows more than average wear. May have dents, dings and a goodly amount of brassing and finish loss. Glass may have marks that should not affect picture quality.

  • POOR "Ugly" - Very rough looking. No further comments necessary.

All parcels are usually despatched within 24h - 48h once order is confirmed mainly using DHL Paket Deutschland and the Buyer can track them using DHL Deutschland tracking system. Full insurance and a tracking number is included in the shipping cost.


In the event of a non-delivery the Buyer agrees to let file formal investigation in post office to obtain proof of lost shipment before filing any dispute. Please note can only allow a replacement and/or refund after DHL (or Buyer's courier) classifies a parcel as lost. The time scale for such claim takes from 10 to 30 business days and depends upon the circumstances in a particular case. All correspondence will be immediately forwarded to the Buyer.


Buyer must inspect his parcel upon arrival and report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the carrier. Such damage may include crushed, torn, open, unseamed tape, etc. If there is apparent damage, sign the carrier's receipt with the words: "Exception - Damage". All purchases from this are made pursuant to a shipment contract and are shipped by insured mail, thus damage during transit is not considered a defective condition. In such a unlikely event, Buyer agrees to contact within 24 hours of arrival. If a package is damaged via Buyer's local postal service (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail), then he must complete a claim form. The Buyer is reimbursed directly from his local postal service for damaged claims. Although will insure the package, The Buyer must file a claim.
